TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy celebrated Telangana Bhasha Dinotsavam on 9 September 2026, commemorating the birth anniversary and literary contributions of Praja Kavi Kaloji Narayana Rao and celebrating Telangana’s distinctive language, culture, and literary heritage.
Students actively participated in songs, dances, and speeches, showcasing their talent and pride in Telangana’s rich linguistic and cultural heritage. The programme was coordinated by the Department of Telugu, whose dedicated efforts contributed to the successful conduct of the celebration.

Hands-on workshop on Cybersecurity, 08/09/2026
TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy hosted a hands-on workshop on Cybersecurity, conducted by CyberDwar Labs, providing students with practical insights into cyber safety and security practices.

One-Day Workshop on “AI Tools for STEM Teaching and Learning”, 01/09/2026
The Department of Physics successfully organised a One-Day Workshop on “AI Tools for STEM Teaching and Learning” in association with the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) on 1st September, 2026 for the students of classes IX and X from Tribal Welfare Residential and ZPHS schools of the District of Kamareddy.
The workshop provided an engaging platform to explore the emerging applications of Artificial Intelligence in science education, featuring insightful technical sessions and hands-on learning experiences.

TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy welcomed its new students with a Fresher’s Party, marking the beginning of their journey with the institution. The programme began by invoking God’s presence, followed by vibrant student performances and the appreciation of students for their academic achievements and excellence in sports.

Students of TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy participated in the Kamareddy District-Level Athletics Meet organized by the Telangana Athletics Association and won medals in various events.

District-Level 80th Independence Day celebrations, 15/08/2026
Students of TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy participated in the District-Level 80th Independence Day celebrations held at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kamareddy, presenting traditional cultural performances as part of the programme.
The celebrations were attended by District Collector Sri Ashish Sangwan, Yellareddy constituency MLA Sri K. Madan Mohan Rao, Superintendent of Police Sri M. Rajesh Chandra, and Sri V. Hanumantha Rao, Advisor to the Telangana Government, along with other dignitaries and officials.
Students’ cultural performances was appreciated by the dignitaries, and they were presented with a Memento of Appreciation for Cultural Performance by Sri V. Hanumantha Rao in recognition of their participation.
TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy is proud of students for representing the college and showcasing their cultural talent at the district-level celebrations and appreciates the efforts and dedication of the faculty.

80th Independence Day, 15/08/2026
TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy celebrated 80th Independence Day that brought together the spirit of patriotism and student participation. The celebrations began with the NCC Guard of Honour, followed by the flag hoisting by the Principal and the National Anthem.
As part of the celebrations, a week-long sports programme was organised under the mentorship of PD, Mr. D. Anil Kumar. Students took part in various events including Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Carrom, Chess, Shot Put, and other competitions.
The programme concluded with the distribution of medals to the winners, recognising their performance and participation.

World Indigenous Peoples Day, 08/08/2026
TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy celebrated World Indigenous Peoples Day on 8th August 2026 with enthusiasm and cultural spirit. Students presented traditional dance forms representing rich tribal heritage, making the celebration colourful and meaningful.
The programme was made successful through the active participation and teamwork of students and faculty. Certificates were awarded to all participating students as a token of appreciation for their contribution.

Telangana Formation Day, 2nd June, 2026
On the occasion of Telangana Formation Day on 2nd June, 2026, TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy, commemorated the spirit, heritage, and achievements of the state. The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the rendition of the State Anthem and National Anthem. The Principal and faculty members addressed the gathering, highlighting the significance of Telangana's formation, its remarkable progress, and the importance of preserving its rich culture and values.

Annual Day and Farewell Day Celebrations, 8th April, 2026
TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy celebrated its Annual Day and Farewell on April 8, 2026, with an evening filled with warmth, joy, and togetherness.
The program began with a lively welcome dance, followed by heartfelt speeches from students and faculty, sharing their experiences and memories. The Annual Report and the Principal’s message reflected the institution’s journey and achievements, while the valuable speeches delivered by the Chief Guests and Guests of Honour made the occasion even more special. The event was graced by Dr. K. Venugopal Rao (Deputy Secretary, DC), Mr. M. Gangadhar (Sarampally Ward Councillor), Sri N. Gangaram Naik (RC, Medak Region), Sri B. Amar Singh (Principal, TGTWURJC, Nagireddypet), and Dr. M. Shiva Krishna (Principal, TGTWRDC (M), Boath).

TGTWRDC (M), Kamareddy secured First Place in the presentation at the one-day conference titled “From Campus to Career: Educate, Empower, Lead”, held on 07th March, 2026 at TGTWRDC (W), Medak, organized on the occasion of International Women's Day.
The conference was graced by our Honorable Secretary Madam, Smt. K. Seetha Laxmi, IAS. Faculty members and students from our college participated in the conference and delivered a presentation on the topic “Career Planning, Goal Setting and Professional Development.”
