Department of Economics conduct Activities and Important days celebrations in degree colleges aim to promote holistic development, foster patriotism, and encourage cultural awareness, providing a break from academic routines while enhancing teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility. These events help bridge classroom learning with practical skills and build a vibrant campus community.
WORLD POPULATION DAY: JULY- 11
The Department of Economics observed World Population Day on July- 11-2025 to raise awareness about the challenges and implications of global population growth. The event aimed to educate students and the local community on issues like family planning, resource management, and sustainable development.
The Awareness Rally:
The highlight of the day was an Awareness Rally focused on population control and its impact on the economy. The rally was officially flagged off by our respected Principal Madam, who emphasized the role of the youth in addressing demographic challenges.

Faculty Members: The teaching staff of the Economics Department guided the students and shared insights into the economic consequences of overpopulation.
Students: A large number of students participated, carrying placards and chanting slogans such as "Small Family, Happy Family" and "Plan Your Family, Protect Our Planet" to capture public attention.
